● 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (startup experience is a plus).
● Proven track record in managing complex, technology-driven products.
● Strong familiarity with multidisciplinary systems (hardware/embedded/software/mechanics).
● Proven ownership of full product lifecycle: concept, architecture, requirements, execution, release, and scale.
● Ability to drill down into technical details and communicate effectively with engineers.
● Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and system-level thinking.
● Fluent in English (spoken and written).
● Previous experience as a Systems Engineer with a hardware background – Huge Advantage.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Experience defining product specifications and writing clear, detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
● Strong system-level thinking with the ability to map dependencies, risks, and trade-offs in complex architectures.
